1. Give your clients a RealProperty information package and recommend that they call our customer service department at 1-877-219-9618 ext 231 for additional information and a FixedCost™ written quotation for services.
2. In order to provide a FixedCost™ written quotation and confirmation of representation our customer service department will ask your clients a few brief questions. The written quotation and confirmation of representation will be sent to your clients via fax, e-mail, regular mail or in person depending on the client's preference. Once the confirmation of representation and the quotation has been accepted, the lawyer will contact the clients directly to confirm that he has been retained. The file can now be opened and any service requirements such as review of Agreements, Status Certificates etc. can now be performed.
3. RealProperty will send a welcome package to your clients. This package contains a memorandum and a generic fill in the blank questionnaire that must be completed by your clients in order to close their transaction in an accurate and timely fashion. We also provide your clients with a list of documents that they must provide in order to fulfill their requirements to the other party. If clients require assistance to complete the questionnaire our customer service department will provide guidance. The package also contains discount offers for merchandise and other related services.
