Where sellers are reluctant to share mortgage information RealProperty offers you a possible solution.  For only $30.00 per search we will print and send you via fax or email a copy of the property's abstract.  All outstanding mortgages are listed on the abstract and the amount of each mortgage at the time of registration is shown.  The abstract also shows all activity up to the day of the search and verifies the names of the title holders.  If the sellers of the property retain The RealProperty Lawyers Network to close their transaction we will refund the $30.00 back to you.
